The final gala of the “Construction of the Year Podkarpacie 2021” competition

On December 16, 2022, took place the final gala of the “Construction of the Year of Podkarpacie 2021” competition which was held in the building of the Podkarpackie District Chamber of Civil Engineers.

The key issue of this event is to promote the high quality of works and reliability in construction activities, to promote technical and scientific achievements, to present innovative solutions, to act to protect the environment, as well as to present the achievements of investors, designers and contractors of construction projects, on which outstanding results were obtained during the implementation of the construction object or the entire investment process.

First place with a Diamond Award in the category “Healthcare Facility” was won by the Podkarpackie Centrum Chorób Płuc in Rzeszow, of which ERBUD International was the contractor for the reinforced concrete structure, and ERBUD S.A. with its seat in Warsaw at Klimczaka 1 Street, 02-797 Warsaw, Rzeszow Branch was the General Contractor of the investment.

It is worth noting that the Hospital building was not only rebuilt, but also expanded by two segments. It gained modern intelligent ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as control and access systems.

The company also received a first-degree award in the category “Objects from outside the Subcarpathian region implemented by companies based in the Subcarpathian region” for the construction of the Park Zdrojowy on Rakutowa along with the development of the site, implemented on the territory of the Ciężkowice Municipality, and a first-degree award for thermal modernization works and improvement of energy efficiency on the main building of the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Cracow.

During the final gala, from the hands of Deputy Governor of Podkarpacie Radoslaw Wiatr, on behalf of the Minister of Development and Technology, the badge of honor for services to the construction industry was also received by Walenty Twardy – a long-time employee of ERBUD, to whom we extend our heartfelt congratulations.
