GENERAL CONTRACTOR

We offer to run investments in the general contractor system, in accordance with our main value, trust and professionalism. We cooperate with proven and experienced subcontractors, we comprehensively meet investors’ needs. We perform contracts entrusted to us both on the basis of technical documentation and technical and organisational guidelines provided by the clients and in the design-build system, also using our own design department.

SHELL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR:

We operate on the Polish market and on the markets of Western Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
We build shells of cubature buildings and engineering structures for the chemical and power industries. We specialize in reinforced concrete works using the latest technologies and the assembly of prefabricated elements, as well as masonry works. We perform our works in the form of direct execution with organisation of the construction site and its back-up facilities. We have a team who have gained experience on large European construction sites executing technologically complex building structures.

SUBCONTRACTOR

Thanks to professional and experienced engineering staff with the highest qualifications and licenses in the construction industry, as well as specialized staff, we are able to implement even the most complex and demanding investments in Poland and in the European Union countries (Germany, France, Belgium).

Since 2017, the company has been pre-qualified as a certified subcontractor for public works in Belgium.

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY – PERSONNEL LEASING

In case of temporary need for human resources, in situations of employee absenteeism due to illness or for large resource-intensive projects, we offer qualified and specialised staff.

In terms of commercial provision of temporary workers, we offer proven specialist personnel:

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY INCLUDE:

• Preparation of investment sites together with obtaining the necessary decisions, permits and land development conditions,

• Comprehensive architectural and engineering services at all stages of the investment process,

• Construction of all types of buildings of any cubic capacity, e.g. public utility buildings (e.g. hospitals), public spaces, industrial halls and facilities, infrastructural investments (e.g. border crossings), modernisation and comprehensive renovation of existing facilities, shell construction works

• We implement projects in the design-build-equip-finance formula, acting in cooperation with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Bank Pekao S.A. and mBank.
