Opening of the Environmental Aerodynamics Laboratory at the Cracow University of Technology

The opening ceremony of the Environmental Aerodynamics Laboratory took place on 30.01.2024 at the campus of the Krakow University of Technology.

The event was attended by Mirosław Młynarski, President of ERBUD International and Eng. arch. Przemysław Grot, director at ERBUD International.

The programme included a speech by Prof. Andrzej Szarata, Rector of PK, Dr. Lucyna Domagała, Prof. PK, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

The invited guests were able to visit wind tunnels and familiarise themselves with the research capabilities of the new facility at Krakow University of Technology.

The Environmental Aerodynamics Laboratory will allow specialists from the Cracow University of Technology to conduct important research, expertise and analyses. These will include urban ventilation, transport of pollutants, dynamic effects on smog, air exchange and regeneration systems.

Last year, ERBUD international signed an educational agreement on cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology.
