On June 30, 2023, ERBUD International Sp. z o. o. signed a contract for the implementation: “Reconstruction of Student House No. 1 of the Lublin University of Technology as part of adapting to the amendment of fire regulations and raising the standard in residential rooms”
Net contract value: PLN 17,535,875.74 net
Contract completion date: 44 weeks, until April 3, 2024.
This is the third implementation with the investor – Lublin University of Technology in Lublin, Nadbystrzycka 38D street, 20-618 Lublin, NIP: 7120104651, REGON: 000001726
The previous two were implemented as part of the following projects:
- Redevelopment of Student Dormitory No. 3 of the Lublin University of Technology as part of adapting to the amendment of fire regulations and raising the standard of living rooms
- Redevelopment of Student Dormitory No. 2 of the Lublin University of Technology as part of adapting to the amendment of fire regulations and raising the standard of living rooms.
