ERBUD International will redevelop another student dormitory for the Lublin University of Technology.

On June 18th this year, our company signed a contract for the redevelopment of Student Dormitory No. 2 of the Lublin University of Technology at 38D Nadbystrzycka Street. The building will undergo a complete renovation with the replacement of electrical and sanitary installations and will be adapted to the new fire safety regulations. The completion time of the investment is 44 weeks.

This is our next contract concluded with the Lublin University of Technology. In October last year, we signed a contract for the redevelopment of Student Dormitory No. 3, which is now in its final phase of implementation.
