ERBUD Operations on May 30th this year signed a contract with the Ludwik Rydgier Specialist Hospital in Cracow for thermal modernization works. The gross value of the contract is PLN 41.8 million.
The thermal modernisation works will be conducted in the main hospital building in the “design and build” formula. The deadline for the contract was set for December 2021, i.e. 30 months from the date of signing the contract.
ERBUD Operations performs contracts in the general contracting system and carries out design work. It specialises in modernisation, construction of healthcare facilities and urban infrastructure, mainly in southern Poland.
Recent projects carried out by the company include work on the construction of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic Complex and Server Room in the building of the Clinical and Didactic Centre of the Medical University of Łódź, as well as construction work, including the delivery and installation of medical supply units, at the operating theatre in the Specialist Hospital in Stalowa Wola.
