On December 8, 2023, the final gala of the “Construction of the Year of Podkarpacie 2022” competition took place in the building of the Podkarpacie District Chamber of Construction Engineers.

The aim of the competition is to select construction facilities that have achieved outstanding implementation results. It serves to promote participants in the investment process. The subject of the competition is new or rebuilt, extended, added or rebuilt buildings, or the investment process in all types of construction.

The winners were selected in seven categories. These include urban infrastructure, recreational and public facilities.

ERBUD International received the 1st degree award for the construction of the teaching building of the PWSTE in Jarosław (now, after changing its name: the Prince Bronisław Markiewicz State Academy of Applied Sciences in Jarosław).

The building serves educational, administrative and office functions. It includes, among others:

  • Laboratories
  • lecture halls
  • student service center
  • archive
  • office, administrative and social rooms.

The whole is equipped with modern teaching equipment that improves the quality of education. In addition, the building is equipped with an extensive access control system managing almost every room and air conditioning – all fully supervised and controlled using BMS.

The building is very advanced in terms of the installation of multifunctional infrastructure. The emphasis was placed on intuitive, remote system management without the need to manually change the parameters of the installed devices. This contributed to ensuring a high standard and user comfort and significantly reduced electricity consumption.

The building is also fully adapted for use by people with disabilities.

On Monday, December 4, 2023, the PANS community in Jarosław celebrated the ceremonial end of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the University. On this occasion, the building of the Research and Teaching Center and the Student Service Department was officially opened, and jubilee statuettes were awarded.

The company was also awarded for the facility of the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin located at Legionów 55 in Lubartów.

The project involved carrying out works using a set of complex geotechnical works in close proximity to dense urban infrastructure. Additionally, a number of modernization and strengthening works were carried out on the historic structure of the building (the building was built in 1927). After completing the construction works, the building was equipped with telecommunications infrastructure (server rooms, cabling) to serve residents by the Tax Office. Due to the limited space available, construction was based on delivery

and installation of parking systems, including: such as a car turntable. Adapting the entire facility to serve people with disabilities through, among others: delivery and assembly of the platform.
