On November 29, 2022, the MOD21 plant in Ostaszewo near Toruń was inaugurated. Less than a thousand people attended this solemn event.
This is another investment of the ERBUD Group, which launches a new business segment. In a modern production plant, wooden modular buildings will be created, which will then be used to build hotels, dormitories and public buildings.
Ultimately, the factory with 22,000 square meters of space is to be an energy-neutral and zero-emission place. More than 150 people are to be employed at the factory.
