Conclusion of the contract for the Redevelopment of Dormitory No. 3 of Lublin University of Technology.

On 16.09.2020 ERBUD Operations Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with the Lublin University of Technology, 38D Nadbystrzycka St., 20-618 Lublin for the implementation of the investment entitled:

“Redevelopment of Dormitory No. 3 of the Lublin University of Technology as part of adaptation to the amendment of fire safety regulations and upgrade of the standard in residential rooms.”

The scope of works includes:

1. Construction works,
2. Sanitary works,
3. Electrical and telecommunications works

Contract value: PLN 13,781,356.11 gross.

Implementation period: from 16.09.2020 until 30.06.2021.
