On May 17, 2023 ERBUD International finish the implementation of the investment under the name: Construction of a didactic building with a student service center for the needs of the State Higher School of Technology and Economics im. Fr. Bronisława Markiewicz with obtaining the use permit in Jarosław DAG/TP/6/21”.
The total value of the investment is almost PLN 21 million.
The aim of the investment was the comprehensive construction of the building, including the construction of internal installations: electricity, ventilation, air conditioning, water, hydrant installation, sanitary sewage system, central heating system, gas system, together with a gas boiler room and a BMS system with the necessary technical and furniture equipment.
In the month of May this year the acceptance activities of the building were started, which finally ended with the signing of a fault-free protocol on the acceptance of construction works on May 17, 2023, and the works were completed within the time limit provided for in the contract.
The above-mentioned implementation is another investment in the building construction segment carried out by ERBUD International.
