Małachowski Palace in Nałęczów – renovation, reconstruction, extension

Construction works that are being currently carried out in Małachowski Palace in Nałęczów cover the first stage of a broader project entitled Renovation, reconstruction and extension for the purpose of adaptation of Małachowski Palace in Nałęczów to the function of a boarding house with gastronomy and sport and recreation services.

The first stage of works concerns the introduction of an underground storey and demolition of partition walls on the ground floor and 2nd level.

The scope of work in the first stage is as follows:

• demolition works
• shoring of the existing foundations with construction of the basement under the building
• extension of the building in the basement part
