Merger of ERBUD Operations Sp. z o.o. and ERBUD International Sp. z o.o.

We are proud to announce that on October 1, 2021 the merger of ERBUD OPERATIONS Sp. z o.o. based in Jasionka (Merging Company, KRS: 0000000746) with ERBUD INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o. based in Toruń (Merged Company, KRS: 0000160349) took place by means of its acquisition pursuant to Article 492 § 1 item 1) of the Code of Commercial Companies.

 

As of the date indicated, the Merging Company, i.e. ERBUD OPERATIONS Sp. z o.o. adopted a new name and henceforth shall operate under the name of ERBUD INTERNATIONAL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. The Company’s registered office continues to be Jasionka, KRS, NIP and REGON numbers of the Merging Company remain unchanged, and the Company’s main scope of activity remains construction works (PKD 41.20.Z). The merger is the next stage in the development of the Company’s activities, increasing its potential and area of operations in Western Europe, in accordance with the strategy of the ERBUD GROUP.
